Shipping:

Emerson Creek Pottery ships via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship Next Day Air, however, special charges will apply. Please email us or call us toll free at 1-866-411-1977 if you wish to ship Next Day Air and we can get back to you with a shipping rate.

UPS Surepost:

Emerson Creek Pottery uses UPS SurePost for shipping small packages. This means that our smaller packages go out via UPS, but end up being passed on to the Post Office for residential delivery.

Shipping out of the US:

Emerson Creek Pottery can ship our pottery to you in Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany.  For out of US orders, we use UPS i-parcel for shipping. Please note shipping will be economical, paid in your currency with all fees and taxes included.

Order Fulfillment:

We normally ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock we will email you with the estimated date it will be ready to ship. Please keep in mind we hand make and hand paint everything, and this can lead to a delay in shipping, especially with our personalized pottery items.

Shipping Transit Times:

UPS Ground: to east coast normally 1-3 days. To west coast about 1 week

Return Policy:

Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. Returns are assigned a Return Authorization Number and must be printed on outside of each box. NO returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us toll free at 1-866-411-1977 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.

Damages:

If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us toll free at 1-866-411-1977. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
