If, for some reason, the name you wish to have painted on your personalized
mug exceeds our normal 10 character limit, please phone us toll free at
1-866-411-1977 and explain your wishes to one of our master potters. We
are committed to arriving at a customization solution that will gracefully
carry out your personalization wishes.
Our customized ceramic pieces are hand made, hand painted, and custom
made to your specifications. Patterns may differ from what is shown to
accomodate the lettering. Our artists will use their best judgement.
Note that variations are part of the process and make each piece unique.
Accordingly no cancellations, no refunds or exchanges unless we make a
spelling mistake. Expect a longer wait to get product, could be several
weeks more, but we will always keep you informed.
All of our ceramic pottery is handmade and handpainted at Emerson Creek
Pottery. All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, ovenproof, and 100%
lead free.
